Rani Quay - Speers Point NSW 2284

Formerly known as "The Piers," Rani Quay apartments is a shining example of how MaxDwell can maximise an entire building. Garry Braams (MaxDwell’s Licensee) negotiated the sale of all 17 apartments upon completion in 2011. Identifying the poor building quality, he anticipated a full external refurbishment when the market warranted such an improvement. That time came in 2018, when Garry was appointed Secretary and took over the Project Management work needed to turn a very shabby building into a gleaming example of what can be achieved when all owners share the same outcome. Garry's own apartment was bought for $400,000 and sold after some internal renovations and the refurbishment of the exterior for $1.225 million, three times the purchase amount, in 2022.
