Formerly known as "The Piers," Rani Quay apartments is a shining example of how MaxDwell can maximise an entire building. Garry Braams (MaxDwell’s Licensee) negotiated the sale of all 17 apartments upon completion in 2011. Identifying the poor building quality, he anticipated a full external refurbishment when the market warranted such an improvement.

Acting as a buyer agent Garry represented seven buyers including himself and achieved 20% discount off Valuation. Then project managed the full refurbishment the 17 Unit Blockloacted at 194 The Esplanade Speers Point NSW (Lake MacQuarie) With a budget of $1.5m to refurbish the building as well as renovating internally Unit 13, spending $240,00. Unit 13 was bought for $400K and sold for $1.225m.
